issue 01 - Chronicles of a Life

This is the debut issue of Bergamotto magazine, an introduction to the concept behind the creation of this publication. Born as a university project, it quickly became much more wholly centred on crafting value, emotion and energies throughout each page. Spanning from interiors, colour analysis and forecasting, creating community through food.

This issue focuses on how our interiors reflect the rhythm and intimacy of everyday life. Inspired by the stripe pattern, this edition celebrates personal stories, layered routines, and timeless design through thoughtful narratives and evocative spaces.

Featuring: A generational home, Marie-France Ynes’s treasure, Katia Vanzo on the power of an accent wall, Ghost Town - a short story set in Feltre, The Weight of Home by Cecilia Woodbury, il Giustacuore Bag and their artisanal leather work, Cherlory - celebrating craftsmanship, and the art of Maurice Vanzo.

Plus: Colour stories - Saffron & Seafoam, Wild Embers, Terra d’Ombra, Dust, Rust & Leather, SeaSpice, Moorland Harvest, Salty Brine, Nordic Catch, Silk Roads in Cinnamon dunes. Recipe for Beetroot Risotto, a guide to the essence of decorating a space, and Sunju Gurung’s photography.
